Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of the novel wireless, cellphone-based biofeedback on functional defecatory disorders

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

FDD的诊断参照罗马Ⅳ诊断标准：（1）必须符合功能性便秘和/或肠易激综合征便秘型诊断标准，（2）球囊逼出试验以及肛门直肠测压提示肛门直肠排便模式异常

Inclusion criteria

The study includes patients diagnosed with FDDs according to the following criteria based on Rome IV criteria: (1) satisfied diagnostic criteria for functional constipation and/or irritable bowel syndrome with constipation; (2) during repeated attempts to defecate, there were features of impaired evacuation as demonstrated by abnormal balloon expulsion time and abnormal anorectal evacuation patterns assessed by manometry.

排除标准：

严重的心脑血管疾病;胃肠道器质性病变;合并糖尿病、帕金森病、神经系统疾病影响盆底功能;3月内有肛门直肠手术史;妊娠期、准备怀孕或哺乳期患者;使用引起便秘的药物（如阿片类药物）停药不满2周。

Exclusion criteria：

serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; organic lesions of gastrointestinal tract; diabetes, Parkinson's disease, nervous system diseases affecting pelvic floor function; a history of anorectal surgery within 3 months; pregnant, preparing for pregnancy or lactation. stop taking constipation-causing medications (such as opioids) for less than 2 weeks
