研究目的：

建立一套客观评价保守治疗儿童髁突骨折患者风险高低的预测评分量表，为儿童髁突骨折治疗方式的选择提供循证医学证据支撑  

Objectives of Study：

To establish a set of prediction scale to objectively evaluate the risk of children with condylar fracture treated conservatively and to provide evidence-based medical evidence support for the treatment of mandibular condylar fracture in children patient

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.受伤之日不满16周岁；
2.有影像学资料明确诊断为髁突骨折患者；
3.自本项目开始之日至之后3年，于项目参与单位门诊和病房连续收治的符合上述诊断的患者

Inclusion criteria

1. younger than 16 years old at the injury time;
2. diagnosis as the mandibular condylar fractures with CT or CBCT;
3. three years after the projecr begin.

排除标准：

1.就诊之日距受伤之日长于14天的患者；
2.无法配合完成项目流程中规定的治疗程序的患者；3
3合并危及生命及其他严重创伤以致影响髁突骨折治疗流程的患者；
4髁突骨段异位至颅中窝、髁突周围存在异物、保守治疗无法复位咬合关系等明确需要直接手术治疗的病例。

Exclusion criteria：

1. longer than 14 days after injury;
2. Patients who cannot cooperate to complete the treatment procedures;
3. Patients with life-threatening or other severe trauma that affects the treatment of condylar fracture;
4. belong to the absolute indication of surgery
