Objectives of Study：

To study the curative effect and biological mechanism of multimodal sleep in treating chronic intractable insomnia

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.大于18周岁；
2.失眠3个月以上；
3.自愿参与本研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.>18 years old.
2.Participants fulfilled the diagnostic criteria for insomnia at least 3 months.
3.provided written informed consent.

排除标准：

1.年龄小于18周岁；
2.严重心、脑、肝、肾疾病；
3.睡眠呼吸暂停综合征；
4.孕妇及哺乳期妇女；
5.凝血功能障碍；
6.经常夜班工作或不规则的就寝时间。

Exclusion criteria：

1.<18 years old.
2.serious somatic condition.
3.sleep apnea syndrome.
4.pregnant woman.
5.coagulation disorders.
6.working night shifts and unable or unwilling to discontinue this work pattern.
