研究目的：

探讨不明原因RIF患者再次FET前，联合应用长效醋酸曲普瑞林和来曲唑治疗2月（曲普瑞林3.75mg/每月+来曲唑5mg/每日），是否能够改善其后续妊娠结局。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the reproductive outcomes of GnRH agonist and aromatase inhibitor in patients with unexplained recurrent implantation failure (RIF) undergoing frozen embryo transfer

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

有剩余冻存胚胎，拟再次FET者。RIF定义为: ①至少2次胚胎移植失败史(包括新鲜周期及冻融周期); ②或既往移植胚胎数>10枚/优质胚胎>6枚/优质囊胚>2枚，仍未获得临床妊娠; ③或移植失败的周期中, 所移植胚胎中为优质胚胎（≥4枚I 级和Ⅱ级卵裂期胚胎或>2枚优质囊胚（3BC/3CB以上）。

Inclusion criteria

①with surplus embryos
②diagnosed with RIF （with previous two embryo transfer including fresh and frozen cycles or transferred with more than 10 embryo or 4 good quality embryo or·2 high quality blastcysts without pregnancy

排除标准：

①子宫畸形或内膜器质性病变; ②压迫内膜的子宫肌瘤、子宫肌腺症；③宫腔粘连病史; ④一方或双方染色体异常；⑤甲状腺疾病或未控制的糖尿病等内分泌疾病; ⑥抗磷脂综合征或其他易栓状态。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria included women with ① abnormal unterine and uterine polyps,② fibroids or adenomyosis ③unterine adhesion ④ chromosome abnormality⑤uncontroled thyroid disorder and diabetes
⑥APS and thrombophilia
