研究目的：

比较梗阻性无精子症附睾精子或睾丸精子行卵胞浆内单精子注射-胚胎移植的单胎活产率和实验室结局、临床结局及新生儿结局。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the singleton live birth rate, laboratory outcomes, clinical outcomes and neonatal outcomes of intracytoplasmic sperm injection between epididymal sperm and testicular sperm in obstructive azoospermia patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1)入组前已签署知情同意书；
2)患者明确诊断为梗阻性无精子症，行附睾穿刺可见活动精子，且数量≥1条活动精子/HPF；
3)年龄在22-40周岁的拟行ICSI治疗的梗阻性无精子症患者；
4)配偶年龄在20-35周岁，获卵数≥3个，＜20个；
5)本试验周期为受试者的第一个ICSI周期。

Inclusion criteria

1) Informed consent has been signed before enrollment;
2) The patient was clearly diagnosed as obstructive azoospermia, and more than one moving sperm /HPF are observed in epididymal puncture;
3) Patients are aged 22-40 years and going to be treated with ICSI;
4) The spouse are aged 20-35 years old with 3-20 eggs;
5) It is the first ICSI cycle of the subject.

排除标准：

1）计划全胚冷冻的夫妇，例如：输卵管积水需行手术治疗，或孕酮高；
2）女方存在影响ICSI结局的因素，包括但不限于Ⅲ-Ⅳ级子宫内膜异位症、B超下可见的输卵管积水、复发性流产史等；
3）已知的受试者或其配偶异常染色体核型；
4) 任何已知的有临床意义的全身性疾病；
5) 其他IVF/ICSI禁忌症；
6) 配偶诊断为宫腔形态异常患者（由三维B超或宫腔镜证实），包括子宫畸形（纵隔子宫、单角子宫、双子宫）、黏膜下子宫肌瘤或大于5cm肌壁间肌瘤或宫腔粘连；
7) IVM、卵子冷冻、PGT周期；
8) 患者目前正在参加其他临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Couples planning to freeze all embryos due to hydrosalpinx requiring surgical treatment or high progesterone level on HCG day;
2) There are factors affecting the outcome of ICSI in the female, including but not limited to grade III-IV endometriosis, visible hydrosalpinx under B-ultrasound, recurrent abortion history;
3) Couples with known abnormal chromosomal karyotypes;
4) Couples diagnosed with any systemic disease with clinical symptoms;
5) Other IVF/ICSI contraindications;
6) The spouse is diagnosed with abnormal uterine morphology (confirmed by three-dimensional B-ultrasound or hysteroscopy), including uterine malformation (mediastinal uterus, single angle or double uterus), submucosal uterine fibroids or intramural myoma (greater than 5cm), or intrauterine adhesion;
7) IVM, egg-freezing, or PGT cycles;
8) The patient is currently participating in other clinical trials.
