研究目的：

通过自身前后对照临床干预研究，探索“粪菌移植”对ASD患者治疗的安全性及有效性，为后期粪菌移植应用于ASD标准化治疗提供临床依据  

Objectives of Study：

Through self controlled clinical intervention study, we explored the safety and efficacy of "Fecal microbiota transplantation" in the treatment of ASD patients, and provided a clinical basis for later ASD application.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄在3~18岁的儿童；
（2）明确诊断为孤独症
（3）监护人能充分理解本试验知情同意内容并自愿签署书面知情同意书的患者；
（4）能按时接受复诊、随访检查和留取标本；
（5）合并有胃肠道症状（如便秘、腹泻等）；
（6）近1月内未服用过益生菌制剂。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Children aged from 3 to 18 years old;
(2) Definitive diagnosis of autism;
(3) The custodian of children can fully understand and accept the informed consent of the study and voluntarily participate in;
(4) To be able to undergo follow-up examination;
(5) Accompanying with symptoms of gastrointestinal tract (such as constipation, diarrhea, etc.);
(6) No probiotics have been taken in the last month.

排除标准：

（1）正服用益生菌或抗菌素者；
（2）入组前7天内使用了抗生素；
（3）发热；
（4）依赖管饲喂养；
（5）有严重需要立即治疗的胃肠道问题（如危及生命的肠梗阻、肠穿孔、肠出血、溃疡性结肠炎、Crohn病、乳糜泻或嗜酸性粒细胞增多症食管炎）；
（6）诊断为严重营养不良或体重过轻或有严重的免疫缺陷病；
（7）有严重的过敏史；
（8）单基因疾病；
（9）同时被诊断为精神障碍或抑郁；
（10）无法配合完成该研究的患者；
（11）研究者认为不适合入组的其他患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) The administration of probiotics and antibiotics;
(2) Antibiotics were used in last 7 days before entry of the study;
(3) Fever;
(4) Relying on tube feeding;
(5) Accompanying with gastrointestinal disease (such as life - threatening intestinal obstruction, intestinal perforation, intestinal bleeding, ulcerative colitis, Crohn disease, celiac disease, or eosinophilia esophagitis) requiring immediate treatment;
(6) Combined diagnosis of severe malnutrition or excessive weight loss or severe immunodeficiency disease;
(7) History of severe allergies;
(8) Monogenic disease;
(9) Accompanying with mental disorder or depression;
(10) patients who were unable to cooperate to complete the study;
(11) the researchers think that the paitent is not suitable for the study.
