研究目的：

采用无痛的“通督调神”针法与可乐定透皮贴片联合应用，发挥针药协同作用，以提高疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

The painless "Tongguan Tiaoshen" acupuncture method is combined with the clonidine transdermal patch to exert synergistic effects of acupuncture and medicine to improve the curative effect.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

（1）针刺治疗 1）取穴与施术方法 取百会、神庭、头临泣（双）、风府、风池（双）、肝俞、筋缩，及耳穴额区、皮质下、颞区、神门等穴。根据辨证，心神不宁者加心俞、神门，心胆虚怯者加胆俞、内关，肝胆火旺者加太冲、行间。 毫针以快速抖腕、搓指、推进一气呵成的“飞潜”针法进针。头部腧穴采用采用0.18mm*13mm毫针，平刺进针约10mm，留针20min。体穴采用速刺，即快速行雀啄针法10次后即出针（不留针）。多才用0.25mm*25mm毫针直刺。其中风池、风府穴用风池向对侧目内眦方向、风府向下颌方向进针15-20mm。 皮肤针采用0.03*0.3mm揿针，以耳穴皮质下为基本穴，深思涣散者加额区，心胆虚怯者加胆区、神门，肝胆火旺者加肝区、颞区。 2）频次：毫针，针刺每周2次；皮肤针隔天1次。 （2）可乐定透皮贴剂治疗方案 可乐定透皮贴剂，体重 ≦ 40kg用1mg，40-60kg用1.5mg，> 60kg用2mg。 共治疗8周。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

(1) Acupuncture treatment 1) Acupoints and methods of operation Take Baihui, Shenting, Head Weeping (double), Fengfu, Fengchi (double), liver Yu, tendon, and ear area, subcortical, sacral area, Shenmen and other points. According to the syndrome differentiation, the heart is not restless, plus Xin Yu, Shenmen, those who are type of deficiency of heart-QI and gallbladder-QI, plus biliary Yu, Neiguan, hepatobiliary fire, plus Tai Chong, line. The needle is used to quickly shake the wrist, lick the finger, and advance the flying needle method into the needle. The head acupoint is made of 0.18mm*13mm needle, the needle is inserted into the needle about 10mm, and the needle is kept for 20min. The body acupoints are spurs, that is, the needles are quickly taken 10 times after the needle licking method (no needles are left). More than 0.25mm * 25mm needle straight stab. Among them, the wind pool and the Fengfu point use the wind pool to enter the direction of the contralateral eye, and the wind is 15-20 mm in the direction of the lower jaw. The skin needle adopts 0.03*0.3mm 揿 needle, which is the basic point under the cortex of the auricular point. The person who thinks about the sputum is added to the area, the biliary sinus is added to the biliary area, the Shenmen, the liver and gallbladder fires are added to the liver area and the sputum area. 2) Frequency: Needle, acupuncture 2 times a week; skin needle 1 time every other day. (2) Clonidine transdermal patch treatment plan Clonidine transdermal patch, 1mg for body weight 40kg, 1.5mg for 40-60kg, and 2mg for >60kg. A total of 8 weeks of treatment. 

纳入标准：

① 符合抽动障碍美国精神病学会 2013年出版的《精神障碍诊断与统计手册》第 5 版(DSM-V)有关抽动障碍的诊断标准；并符合肝风痰浊证候者。
② 年龄在 4～18岁者；
③ YGTSS评分总分?25分。
④ 法定监护人及受试患儿知情同意，并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Comply with the dysmotility American Psychiatric Association published in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th edition (DSM-V), the diagnostic criteria for tic disorder; and in accordance with the syndrome of liver turbidity.
2. Those aged 4 to 18 years old;
3. YGTSS scores total 25 points;
4. The legal guardian and the patient with informed consent and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

① 同时患有癫痫或脑电图检查见有痫性放电者、其他精神障碍者 (伴多动障碍者除外 )；
② 有出血倾向；
③ 明显躯体疾病患者；对可乐定透皮贴剂过敏、曾出现严重过敏反应或对两种以上药物过敏者；
④ 入组前1周规范使用过精神病药, 包括针对抽动障碍治疗的药物；
⑤ 入组前 4周曾系统使用针刺或可乐定透皮贴剂治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. At the same time with epilepsy or EEG examination for epileptic discharge, other mental disorders (except for those with ADHD);
2. Bleeding tendency;
3. Patients with obvious physical illness; allergic to clonidine transdermal patches, Have experienced severe allergic reactions or are allergic to more than two drugs;
4. Used to prescribe psychiatric drugs 1 week prior to enrollment, including drugs for tic disorder treatment;
5. Systemic use of acupuncture or clonidine in the first 4 weeks of enrollment Patch treatment.
