以探索初次单侧TKA术后输蛋白与术前白蛋白水平的关系；评价高蛋白饮食提高提高术前白蛋白的有效性及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the relationship between protein use after primary unilateral TKA and preoperative albumin level; To evaluate the efficacy and safety of high protein diet in improving preoperative albumin level.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 2018年12月至2019年12月于我科因终末期膝关节疾（包括膝关节骨关节炎和类风湿关节炎）病行初次单侧TKA的患者；
2）纳入2020年1月-7月于我科因终末期膝关节疾（包括膝关节骨关节炎和类风湿关节炎）病行初次单侧TKA的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1) Patients who underwent primary unilateral TKA from December 2018 to December 2019 due to end-stage knee diseases (including knee osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis) in our department;
2) Patients with primary unilateral TKA due to end-stage knee diseases (including knee osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis) in our department from January to July 2020 were included

资料遗失或不全的患者
