明确小肠细菌过度生长和胃食管反流病的相关性，探索小肠细菌过度生长对胃食管反流病的致病性  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the correlation between small intestinal bacterial overgrowth and gastroesophageal reflux disease and explore the pathogenicity of small intestinal bacterial overgrowth in gastroesophageal reflux disease

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.典型的胃食管反流症状（烧心、反流），每周至少一次，持续至少2个月；
2.24小时pH阻抗监测阳性（任一）（DeMeester积分＞14.7、反流总次数＞73）；
3.知情同意

Inclusion criteria

1. typical symptoms of GERD （heartburn/regurgitation）,at least once per week, lasting for no less than 2 months;
2. positive results of 24 hour pH-impedance monitoring (any one)(DeMeester score＞14.7/Number of reflux episodes＞73);
3. informed consent

排除标准：

1.食管裂孔疝＞2cm；
2.食管动力障碍性疾病；
3.合并自身免疫性疾病（如硬皮病等）；
4.消化道手术史；
5.明确诊断的肺部疾病；
6.孕妇或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1.hiata hernia ＞2cm
2.esophageal motility disorder;
3.autoimmune diseases (e.g. scleroderma);
4.history of gastrointestinal surgery;
5.clearly diagnosed lung disease;
6.pregnant or breastfeeding women.
