研究目的：

该随机对照试验旨在评估无明确病因引起的各关节关节镜术后疼痛患者与其社会心理因素的关系，并证明术前、术后心理干预与评估对其疼痛缓解的有效性，从而得出更有效的关节镜手术后患者的术后康复和疼痛管理的方案。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this randomized controlled trial was to evaluate the relationship between patients with postoperative arthroscopic pain and their psychosocial factors without a clear etiology, and to demonstrate the effectiveness of preoperative and postoperative psychological intervention and evaluation for pain relief, so as to provide more effective postoperative rehabilitation and pain management programs for patients undergoing arthroscopic surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）首次明确诊断并接受关节镜治疗；
（2）术后的放射学诊断各关节预后良好；
（3）HADS量表术前焦虑抑郁症状≥8分。

Inclusion criteria

(1) First diagnosed FAI and have been treated by arthroscopy;
(2) Radiological diagnosis of normal hip joint postoperatively;
(3) Anxiety and depression symptoms in HADS scale pre-operation >= 8.

排除标准：

（1）严重精神障碍患者，需要进行其他干预治疗的；
（2）修复手术；
（3）术前PHQ-9评分≥5分，提示抑郁；
（4）无法完成整个项目的参与者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with severe psychiatric disorder and are required medical treatment or other intervention;
(2) Revision surgery;
(3) Score of PHQ-9 before surgery >= 5, indicating depression;
(4) Participants meet the contraindications according to specific therapeutic intervention program;
(5) Participants who are unable to accomplish the whole program.
