研究目的：

拟从电生理角度探索干针干预MTrPs与MTrPs灭活之间的内在关系，同时通过sEMG观察干针干预MTrPs前后肌肉募集、肌肉耐疲劳等肌肉功能恢复情况。  

Objectives of Study：

It is intended to explore the internal relationship between the intervention of dry acupuncture in MTrPs and the inactivation of MTrPs from the perspective of electrophysiology, and observe the recovery of muscle function such as muscle recruitment and muscle fatigue resistance before and after the intervention of dry acupuncture in MTrPs through sEMG.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）上斜方肌至少存在两个及以上MTrPs的患者，参照Simons 1990《肌筋膜疼痛综合征临床诊断标准》对MTrPs进行诊断：
a.颈肩部为自发性的疼痛，触摸时有硬结及条索感；
b.在局部有明显牵涉痛症状；
c.刺激时有局部抽搐反应。
（2）成年人（年龄≥18岁）；
（3）颈肩慢性疼痛1个月以上；
（4）同时实验期间不得进行其他方式的治疗；
（5）一周内未有过药物、针灸、拔耀、贴敷、按摩、理疗等治疗，半年内未用干、湿针等方式对MTrPs进行治疗；
（6）签署知情同意书,自愿加入本研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) For patients with at least two or more MTrPs in the upper trapezius muscle, MTrPs should be diagnosed according to Simons 1990 "Clinical Diagnostic Criteria for Myofascial Pain Syndrome": a. Spontaneous pain in the neck and shoulders, which may occur when touched Induration and streak sensation; b. There are obvious symptoms of involvement pain in the local area; c. There is a local twitching reaction when stimulated.
(2) Adults (aged >= 18 years);
(3) Chronic neck and shoulder pain for more than 1 month;
(4) No other treatments are allowed during the experiment;
(5) No medication, acupuncture, or removal within a week He did not use dry or wet acupuncture for treatment of MTrPs within six months;
(6) Sign informed consent and voluntarily join the study.

排除标准：

（1）急性肌肉损伤性疼痛；
（2）伴有其他严重疾病患者；
（3）血液病及出凝血机制障碍的患者；
（4）同时采用其他治疗措施，以及停用镇痛药或其他镇痛治疗不足3天者；
（5）晕针的患者；
（6）对留置物有过敏史的患者；
（7）研究者认为其他原因不适宜纳入的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Acute muscle injury pain;
(2) Patients with other serious diseases;
(3) Patients with blood diseases and blood clotting mechanism disorders;
(4) At the same time other treatment measures are used, and analgesics or other analgesics are stopped. Pain treatment for less than 3 days;
(5) patients with fainting needles;
(6) patients with a history of allergies to indwelling objects;
(7) patients for whom the investigator believes other reasons are not suitable for inclusion.
