（1）发现复方曲肽注射液不良反应的类型、表现和发生率。 （2）明确复方曲肽注射液各类不良反应的严重程度、预后及转归。 （3）研究分析复方曲肽注射液的不良反应主要影响因素。 （4）为完善修订说明书和建立药物风险管理提供循证证据。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To find the types, manifestations and incidence of adverse reactions . (2) To determine the severity, prognosis and prognosis of various adverse reactions of compound tripeptide injection. (3) To study and analyze the main influencing factors of adverse reactions of compound tripeptide injection. (4) To provide evidence-based evidence for improving the revised instructions and establishing drug risk management.

Inclusion criteria

All hospitalized patients were treated with compound tripeptide injection.

排除标准：

无法采集本项研究所需要信息的住院患者。

Inpatients who were unable to collect the information needed for this study.
