研究目的：

利用剪切波超声弹性成像技术测量脑卒中偏瘫患者的胸腰筋膜的杨氏模量，以实现对脑卒中病人躯干状态的量化评定。  

Objectives of Study：

The young's elastic of thoracolumbar fascia of hemiplegic patients with stroke is measured by shear wave elastography ultrasound, so as to realize the quantitative evaluation of trunk state of stroke patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、 经临床确诊为脑出血或脑梗死，且伴单侧瘫痪。
2、 年龄18-65岁，男性。
3、 病程小于12个月，病情稳定。
4、 坐位平衡2级及以上，能保持独立坐位10min。
5、 患者意识清楚，无严重的认知、感觉障碍。
6、 受试者在试验前均了解试验方案且自愿参加本试验，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. The patients with cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction were clinically diagnosed with unilateral paralysis.
2. Male aged 18-65 years.
3. The course of disease was less than 12 months and the condition was stable.
4. Sitting balance level 2 and above, can maintain independent sitting position for 10 minutes.
5. The patients had clear consciousness and no serious cognitive and sensory impairment.
6. Before the experiment, all the subjects understood the protocol and voluntarily participated in the trial, and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

1、 既往脑卒中史者。
2、 有脊柱病史、腰部手术及外伤史、周围神经系统疾病者。
3、 体内植入脊髄电刺激器、心脏起搏器或其它异物者。
4、 合并有严重心、肺、肾功能障碍，血液系统疾病和严重的全身性疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous stroke history.
2. Patients with a history of spine, lumbar surgery, trauma and peripheral nervous system diseases.
3. Implant a ridge marrow electric stimulator, heart pacemaker, or other foreign body in the body.
4. Patients with severe heart, lung, renal dysfunction, blood system diseases and serious systemic diseases.
