研究目的：

1. 调查赣州胸主动脉瘤/夹层患者携带致病变异的情况； 2. 评价分子诊断在遗传性主动脉类疾病诊断中的价值。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To investiage the pathogenic variants of thoracic aortic aneurysm/ dissection patients in Ganzhou. 2. To evaluate the contribution of molecular analyses on the accurate diagnosis of hereditary thoracic aortic diseases.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄＜80岁；
2. 胸主动脉瘤/夹层患者；
3. 男性，非怀孕女性；
4. 签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Subject who was diagnosed as thoracic aortic aneurysm/dissection by CT angiography or interventional angiography;
2. Age is less than 80 years old;
3. Male and non-pregnancy female;
4. Subject understands study requirements and agrees to sign an informed consent form prior to any study procedures.

排除标准：

1. 假性动脉瘤；
2. 主动脉受损部位有感染或外伤史；
3. 心脏手术史；
4. 骨髓移植史；
5. 6个月内接受异体输血；
6. 怀孕女性。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pseudoaneurysm;
2. Previous infection or trauma in the damaged part of aorta;
3. Heart surgery history;
4. Bone marrow transplant history;
5. Allogeneic blood transfusion within 6 months;
5. Pregnancy female.
