研究目的：

血流感染早期通过代谢组学检测发现G+菌和G-菌血流感染的代谢谱特征，以有助于ICU医生更够在患者血流感染早期更加有针对性的对患者进行抗感染治疗，最大程度的避免因不当使用抗生素导致的危重症患者病情延误。  

Objectives of Study：

In the early stage of bloodstream infection, metabolomics testing finds the characteristics of the metabolic spectrum of G+ bacteria and G- bacteria bloodstream infection, which help ICU doctors targeted anti-infection treatment for patients in the early stage of bloodstream infection. To the greatest extent, avoid delays in the condition of critically ill patients caused by improper use of antibiotics.

纳入标准：

满足年龄≧18岁及体温≧38.5℃的患者及健康志愿者

Inclusion criteria

Healthy volunteers and Patients with age >= 18 years and body temperature >= 38.5 degrees C.

排除标准：

（1）拒绝参与临床实验患者；
（2）急性肾衰无尿患者；
（3）恶性血液系统疾病和恶性肿瘤晚期或近期接受化疗和免疫抑制药物治疗的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients who refuse to participate in clinical trials;
(2) Patients with acute renal failure and anuria;
(3) Patients with malignant hematological diseases and malignant tumors who have received chemotherapy and immunosuppressive drugs at an advanced stage or recently.
