研究目的：

采用随机对照的研究方法，评价牙周内窥镜辅助龈下刮治和根面平整（SRP）和传统SRP治疗慢性牙周炎的效果差异  

Objectives of Study：

A randomized controlled study was performed to evaluate the benefit of scaling and root planning (SRP) with periodontal endoscope in the treatment of chronic periodontitis compare with SRP only.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）慢性牙周炎；
（2）每个区段至少2颗牙PD为5-8mm；
（3）上颌余留牙不少于10颗，除去智齿；

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients having chronic periodontitis;
(2) At least two teeth having PD 5-8 mm each segment;
(3) More than 10 teeth in the maxillary dentition, except for wisdom teeth.

排除标准：

（1）吸烟；
（2）女性处于怀孕或哺乳期；
（3）有严重的全身系统性疾病(如高血压，糖尿病，心血管疾病，肝炎、结合等传
染性疾病，抗凝药物、抗抑郁药物使用者等)；
（4）口腔有除牙周炎以外的其他严重感染、肿瘤或黏膜疾病需要进行治疗的；
（5）在近6个月内使用过局部或全身抗生素；
（6）在近6个月内进行过牙周治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Smokers;
(2) Pregnant or lactating mothers;
(3) Patients having systemic diseases;
(4) Patients having oral diseases like severe infections, tumors and mucosal disease;
(5) Patients who have received any topical or systemic antimicrobial treatment in the past 6 months;
(6) Patients who had periodontal treatment in the past 6 months.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

试验设计者设计基本信息登记表，在不同随访时间内记录牙周大表，表格内包括所有需要记录的指标，研究者根据受试者的检查情况将数据完整、正确、清晰的记录在问卷调查和牙周大表中。所有研究对象的病理资料和专项检查表均按编号的顺序归档保存，以备考察。电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同记录介质上防止损坏与丢失。所有原始档案应按相应规定内期限保存。试验完成6个月内在Resman平台共享原始数据。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The researchers design the basic information registration chart, and record the periodontal scale in different follow-up time. The table includs all the indexes to be recorded. The researchers record the data completely, correctly and clearly in the questionnaire survey and periodontal scale according to the examination of the subjects. The patients'case data and special checklist of all subjects are filed in numbered order for investigation. Electronic data files are stored in categories and multiple backups are stored on different recording media to prevent damage and loss. All original files shall be kept within the prescribed time limit. Raw data is Shared on the Resman platform within 6 months of completion of the trial.
