研究目的：

根据NRS-2002营养风险筛查表及NFH-NPT营养不良风险筛查表对行原位同种异体肝移植术的患者进行术前营养状态评估；比较存在营养风险的患者与无营养风险患者术后QoR-15恢复质量量表的联系，以及比较两组患者的术后并发症及预后的恢复情况。  

Objectives of Study：

Preoperative nutritional status of patients undergoing orthotopic liver transplantation is evaluated according to NRS-2002 nutritional risk screening table and nfh-npt malnutrition risk screening table; compare QoR-15 recovery quality scale between patients with nutritional risk and patients without nutritional risk, and comparison postoperative complications and prognosis recovery between the two groups of patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）患者可进行正常交流与沟通；
（2）手术方式为同种异体原位肝移植术；
（3）年龄≥18岁。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients can communicate and communicate normally;
2. The surgical method is orthotopic liver transplantation;
3. Aged >= 18 years.

排除标准：

（1）拒绝接受营养状态评估者；
（2）术后二次进行原位肝移植患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who refuse to accept nutritional status assessment;
2. Patients undergoing second orthotopic liver transplantation after surgery.
