研究目的：

评估新型胃癌筛查评分系统在健康体检人群早期胃癌筛查中的应用效能。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the efficacy of a prediction rule for estimating the risk of gastric cancer from early screening in Chinese health examination populations.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

采用新型胃癌筛查评分系统对健康体检人群进行筛查评分，向中危、高危体检人群发送筛查告知书，建议行胃镜检查。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The prediction rule is used to assess the risk of gastric cancer from health examinations, and screening notices were sent to medium and high risk groups to recommend gastroscopies. 

纳入标准：

1.评分为中危、高危，
2.年龄：男性40-79岁，女性50-79岁

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with moderate risk and high risk;
2. Age: male 40-79 years old, female 50-79 years old.

排除标准：

⑴距上次胃镜检查间隔时间一年内；
⑵胃大部分切除术手术史；
⑶两周内服用PPI（奥美拉唑、埃索美拉唑、泮托拉唑、雷贝拉唑、兰索拉唑等）或H2受体拮抗剂（法莫替丁等）；
⑷有下列一种或多种症状：
①6个月内缺铁性贫血
②12个月内消化道出血（黑便、血便等）
③体重减轻（非减肥原因6个月内体重减轻≥4.5kg）
④经常性腹泻
⑤吞咽困难或哽咽感
⑥腹部肿块
⑸有以下任何一种疾病史：食管癌、胃癌、结直肠肿瘤、息肉病、炎症性肠病、其他器官的恶性肿瘤；
⑹影像、肿瘤标志物等检查高度怀疑罹患肿瘤可能；
（7）严重心、肺、肝、肾功能不全，或严重精神疾患。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients within one year after the last gastroscopy examination;
2. Patients with history of subtotal gastrectomy;
3. Patients taking PPI within two weeks (omeprazole, esomeprazole, pantoprazole, rabeprazole, lansoprazole, etc.) or H2 receptor antagonists (famotidine, etc.);
4. Patients with one or more of the following symptoms:
(1) Iron deficiency anemia within 6 months
(2) Gastrointestinal bleeding (black stool, bloody stool, etc.) within 12 months
(3) Weight loss (weight loss ≥ 4.5kg in 6 months without weight loss reasons)
(4) Recurrent diarrhea
(5) Difficulty swallowing or choking
(6) Abdominal mass
5. Patients with a history of any of the following diseases: esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, polyposis, inflammatory bowel disease, and malignant tumors of other organs;
6. Patients who are highly suspected of cancer by imaging and tumor markers;
7. Patients with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction or severe mental disorders.
