研究目的：

确定经颅直流电刺激对脑卒中后上肢功能障碍患者临床应用的疗效，并明确脑卒中后上肢功能康复关键技术的临床作用，确定偏瘫上肢功能标准化的康复评定及预后的判断，形成一套有效的偏瘫上肢功能障碍的诊断及康复治疗流程，完善脑卒中疾病诊疗流程，并在社区推广应用。  

Objectives of Study：

Determine the transcranial direct current stimulation in patients with upper limb dysfunction after stroke the curative effect of clinical application, key technology and clearly upper limb function rehabilitation after stroke clinical effect, standardization of hemiplegic upper limb function rehabilitation evaluation and prognosis judgement, forming a set of effective diagnosis and rehabilitation process of hemiplegic upper limb dysfunction, perfect the stroke disease diagnosis and treatment process, and application in the community.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 首次发生的脑卒中；
② 年龄≦70岁；
③ 符合1996年全国第4次脑血管病学术会议修订的脑卒中标准，并经颅脑CT或MRI检查证实；
④ 病程6个月以内；
⑤ 无认知功能障碍且简明精神状况检查量表（mini-mental state examination，MMSE）评分≧20分；

Inclusion criteria

1. The first stroke;
2. Aged <= 70 years;
3. Conform to the stroke standard revised by the 4th National Academic Conference on Cerebrovascular Disease in 1996, and confirmed by brain CT or MRI;
4. Course of disease within 6 months;
5. No cognitive impairment and MMSE score >= 20 points.

排除标准：

① 患者情绪不稳不能配合治疗者；
② 合并青光眼或治疗中出现眼压升高者；
③ 合并其他严重疾病如严重心脏病者等不适宜进行治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with emotional instability can not cooperate with the treatment;
2. Patients with glaucoma or elevated intraocular pressure during treatment;
3. Patients with other serious diseases such as severe heart disease are not suitable for treatment.
