研究目的：

本研究旨在确定重症COVID-19存活出院患者长期预后和器官功能状态。次要目的：评估重症COVID-19存活出院患者的1年内的生存状态；评估新冠肺炎器官功能状态：包括呼吸系统、心脑血管事件发生率、肾脏系统、血糖状态和生活质量等；分子标志物的筛选与变化规律、肺纤维化改变的MRI表现等。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to determine the long-term prognosis and organ function status of discharged patients with severe COVID-19.Secondary objectives: To assess the patients with severe COVID-19 discharged from hospital within 1 year and organ functional status: respiratory system, incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events, renal system, glucose status, and quality of life;Screening and variation of molecular markers, MRI findings of pulmonary fibrosis changes, etc.

纳入标准：

2020年1月- 4月因重症及危重症COVID-19（第七版新冠肺炎诊疗指南）在金银潭医院住院，且存活出院的患者。
1.年龄大于18岁
2.签署知情同意书
3.住院期间被确诊为重型及危重症COVID-19患者且存活出院
4.住院期间临床资料完整

Inclusion criteria

Patients hospitalized for severe and critical COVID-19 (the seventh edition of coVID-19 Guidelines) from January to April 2020 and discharged alive.
1. Older than 18
2. Sign the informed consent
3. Patients diagnosed with severe and critical COVID-19 during hospitalization and discharged alive
4. Complete clinical data during hospitalization

排除标准：

年龄小于18岁，拒绝签署知情同意书，高龄行动不便、生活难以自理者，或难以到达金银潭医院进行相应检查的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients younger than 18 years old, who refuse to sign the informed consent form, who are too old to move or take care of themselves, or who cannot get to Jinyintan Hospital for examination.
