研究目的：

观察多模式康复评估治疗对腰肌劳损运动员腰部运动能力恢复的疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

Observe effect of multi-modal rehabilitation assessment and treatment program on Trampoline athlete with non-specific low back pain.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合腰肌劳损诊断标准，属于缓解期；
2.蹦床运动员，年龄≥16周岁且≤35周岁，性别不限；
3.两周内未接受治疗下腰痛的药物（如非甾体类药物或止痛类的药物）及相关治疗者；
4.理解、同意参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of psoas strain belong to remission stage;
2. Trampoline athletes, aged >= 16 years and <= 35 years, regardless of gender;
3. Patients who did not receive drugs for low back pain (such as non steroidal drugs or analgesic drugs) and related treatment within two weeks;
4. Those who understand and agree to participate in this study and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1.不适合手法治疗者，有发热症状者或手法治疗部位存在皮肤破损或感染等；
2.腰部肿瘤患者、腰椎曾行手术患者；
3.严重肺部和心脑血管疾病、运动系统疾病、精神、神经疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who are not suitable for manual therapy, have fever symptoms or skin damage or infection in the treatment site;
2. The patient had undergone lumbar surgery;
3. Patients with severe pulmonary, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, motor system diseases, mental and neurological diseases.
