研究目的：

该实验目的为探索有氧运动是否对毒品依赖者的精神健康以及降低毒品渴求度有帮助。  

Objectives of Study：

This study will investigate whether aerobic exerecises can benefit drug-dependences' mental health and decrease craving.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

有氧运动 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Aerobic exercise 

纳入标准：

女性毒品依赖者，脱毒时间小于三个月。

Inclusion criteria

Female drug-dependences, who are abstinent less than three months.

排除标准：

1. 无法完成有氧运动；
2. 不识字或有阅读障碍；
3. 有严重的基础疾病；
4. 有神经疾病或精神障碍史；
5. 无法通过Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q)测试。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who can't complete aerobic exercise;
2. Those who are illiterate or have dyslexia;
3. Patients with serious underlying diseases;
4. Patients with a history of neurological disorders or mental disorders;
5. Objects that cannot pass the physical activity readiness questionnaire (PAR-Q) test.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究人员和戒毒所的工作人员将会共同采集数据，数据将会由人工采集并转化为电子版本，并由EXCEL格式保存。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The researchers in study group and rehabilitaiton centers will collect the data together. All data will be collected mannually and then transfered into Electronic data, and then uploaded to ResMan. The data will be saved by Excel.
