Objectives of Study：

Comparing the efficacy and safety of ozone therapy and core decompression in the treatment of femoral head necrosis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 18-70周岁；
2. ARCO I-III期股骨头坏死患者；
3. 自愿参与本研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. 18-70 years old;
2. Patients with ARCO I-III femoral head necrosis;
3. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1. 年龄小于18周岁；
2. 严重心、脑、肝、肾疾病；
3. 大血管并发症，如中风伴有肢体障碍；
4. 孕妇及哺乳期妇女；
5. 三氧介入治疗禁忌症者。
6. 髓芯减压手术禁忌者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Younger than 18 years old;
2. Severe heart, brain, liver and kidney diseases;
3. Complications of large blood vessels, such as stroke with limb disorders;
4. Pregnant women and lactating women;
5. Those who are contraindicated by interventional treatment with ozone therapy.
6. Those who are contraindicated in core decompression surgery.
