研究目的：

阐明阴道微生态失衡对胎膜早破的预警作用，进行早期调节干预，使孕期阴道微生态保持正常，减少胎膜早破引起的妊娠不良结局。检测并寻找阴道微生态失衡的特异性代谢产物，为临床早期预防和精准治疗提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective to clarify the early warning effect of vaginal microecology imbalance on premature rupture of membranes (PROM), and carry out early regulatory intervention to keep the vaginal microecology normal during pregnancy and reduce the adverse pregnancy outcomes caused by premature rupture of membranes. To detect and search for the specific metabolites of vaginal microecological imbalance, so as to provide the basis for clinical early prevention and accurate treatment.

纳入标准：

纳入定期产检的单胎头位孕妇。

Inclusion criteria

Pregnant women with single head position were included in the regular prenatal examination.

排除标准：

除阴道炎症以外引起胎膜早破的高危因素或可能干扰检测结果：孕妇有阴道出血、创伤、宫颈机能不全、多胎妊娠、全身感染性疾病、自身免疫性疾病、严重的内外科合并症，48小时内有阴道消毒或用药。

Exclusion criteria：

In addition to vaginitis, the high-risk factors causing premature rupture of membranes or possible interference test results: pregnant women have vaginal bleeding, trauma, cervical dysfunction, multiple pregnancy, systemic infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases, serious internal and external complications, vaginal detoxification or medication within 48 hours.
