Objectives of Study：

To identify the value of intestinal flora and fecal short-chain fatty acids to early differentiate NEC and food protein induced enterocolitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

重庆医科大学附属儿童医院新生儿诊治中心收治的腹胀、呕吐、血便为主要表现的日龄小于28天的新生儿。

Inclusion criteria

1. The neonates admitted to the newborn diagnosis and treatment center of childrens hospital affiliated to Chongqing Medical University with the main manifestations of dbdominal distension, vomiting, and bloody stools.
2. The age of infants are less than 28 days after birth.

排除标准：

1. 存在先天性消化道畸形患儿（如先天性肠闭锁、巨结肠、肠旋转不良等）；
2. 住院期间放弃治疗者；
3. 未完成肠道菌群与粪便SCFAs测定者；
4. 不愿参加本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Children with congenital gastrointestinal malformations (such as congenital intestinal atresia, megacolon, intestinal malrotation, etc.);
2. Patients who gave up treatment during hospitalization;
3. Patients who did not complete the determination of intestinal flora and fecal SCFAs;
4. Patients who are not willing to participate in this study.
