研究目的：

研究上颌美学区种植同期行侧方引导性骨组织再生术后植骨的早期稳定性及其影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate early bone volume stability and factors influence its stability after implant placement simultaneously with GBR.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1，至少20岁；
2，上颌骨美学区（14～24岁）单颗或连续多颗牙缺失至少2个月；
3，邻牙健康牙周状况；
4，种植体植入同时进行GBR；
5，完整的临床照片显示植入线暴露，术中胶原膜固定；
6，完整的CBCT数据（手术前、术后一天和二期手术）。

Inclusion criteria

1. At least 20 years of age;
2. Single or continuous multiple tooth loss in maxilla esthetics zone (from 14 to 24) for at least 2 months;
3. Healthy periodontal conditions of the neighboring teeth;
4. Implant placement with simultaneous GBR performed;
5. Complete clinical photograph showing implant thread exposure, collagen membrane fixation during surgery;
6. Complete CBCT data (prior to surgery, one day after surgery and uncovering surgery).

排除标准：

1，吸烟量>10支/天；
2，糖尿病控制不稳定（空腹血糖>10%）；
3，严重的骨缺损，需要进行阶段性骨增量；
4，其他系统性疾病或一般健康状况会阻碍植入手术和骨增量手术。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Smoking >10 cigarettes/day.
2. Uncontrolled diabetes (Fasting blood glucose>10%).
3. Severe bone defect such that staged bone augmentation is needed.
4. Other systemic diseases or general health conditions that would contraindicate implant surgery and bone augmentation procedures.
