研究不同方式唤醒对健康人群认知功能的改变，探究与睡眠惰性的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the changes of cognitive function of healthy people in different ways of arousal, and to explore the relationship between arousal and sleep inertia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-60岁；
2.无明确基础疾病；
3.签署知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18-60.
2.No definite underlying disease.
3. Sign informed consent

排除标准：

1.有严重肝、肾功能疾病
2.癫痫、精神疾病患者
3.入组前2周服用改善睡眠相关药物
4.不愿意参加本研究者

Exclusion criteria：

1.Have severe liver and kidney disease
2. Patients with epilepsy and mental illness
3. Take sleep-related drugs 2 weeks before entering the group
4. Reluctant to participate in this research
