探索嗜睡情况下，维持觉醒、提高认知功能及作业能力的最佳光照方案。  

Objectives of Study：

To find the best way to maintain awakening, improve cognitive function and work ability under the condition of drowsiness.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄18-60岁；
2. 无明确基础疾病；
3. 正在参与或愿意参与倒班工作；
4. 签署知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18-60 years;
2. No definite underlying disease;
3. Being involved or willing to take part in shift work;
4. Sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 有严重肝、肾功能疾病；
2. 癫痫、精神疾病患者；
3. 入组前2周服用改善睡眠相关药物。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have severe liver and kidney disease;
2. Patients with epilepsy and mental illness;
3. Take sleep-related drugs 2 weeks before entering the group.
