研究目的：

探讨远视性离焦、近视性离焦和形觉剥夺三种视觉刺激对人眼脉络膜血流的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effects of hyperopic defocus, myopic defocus and form deprivation on choroidal blood flow in human eyes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1） 年龄20-30周岁；
（2） 双眼屈光状态为-5.00D≤SER≤-1.00D，散光≤1.50D，屈光参差<1.0D；
（3） 双眼裸眼视力<1.0，最佳矫正视力≥1.0；
（4） 眼压正常范围，10-21mmHg；

Inclusion criteria

(1) age 20-30 years old;
(2) refractive state of each eye:-5.00D ≤ SER ≤-1.00D, astigmatism ≤ 1.50D, anisometropia < 1.0D;
(3) binocular naked visual acuity < 1.0, best corrected visual acuity ≥ 1.0;
(4) intraocular pressure, 10-21mmHg.

排除标准：

（1） 存在眼位异常或眼球运动异常；
（2） 存在屈光介质混杂或玻璃体视网膜疾病等；
（3） 存在眼部外伤或手术史；
（4） 接受过或正在接受角膜塑形镜、多焦软镜或阿托品等控制近视进展的干预手段以及中医疗法和视觉训练；
（5） 存在吸烟史或全身系统性疾病，如心血管、呼吸系统和风湿免疫性疾病等；
（6） 固视功能差，无法配合检查；
（7） 研究者认为的其他不适合研究的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) abnormal eye position or abnormal eye movement;
(2) opacity of refractive media or vitreoretinal diseases;
(3) history of ocular trauma or surgery;
(4) having received or are receiving keratoplasties, multifocal soft lenses or atropine and other interventions to control the progression of myopia, as well as traditional Chinese medicine therapy and visual training.
(5) history of smoking or systemic diseases, such as cardiovascular, respiratory and rheumatic immune diseases;
(6) poor fixation function, unable to cooperate with the examination;
(7) other conditions that the researchers believe are not suitable for the study.
