研究目的:

在临床工作中发现特发性脊柱侧弯是急需解决的功能障碍,中医脊柱牵伸床模拟拔伸手法能够有效达到纠正错乱的关节位置及牵伸脊柱异常肌肉张力的效果,可有效减轻治疗师的临床工作量。然而其临床疗效尚无循证医学证据支持,其生物力学及机制也有待进一步研究。  

Objectives of Study:

Clinical work found that Idiopathic Scoliosis is a functional disorder that needs to be solved urgently. The traditional Chinese medical spine traction bed simulation stretching method can effectively correct the disordered joint position and draft abnormal muscle tension of the spine, which can effectively reduce the therapist's clinical workload.However, its clinical efficacy has not been supported by evidence-based medicine, and its biomechanics and mechanism need to be further studied.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

研究组治疗包括进行常规运动训练+脊柱牵伸床治疗,对照组治疗包括对照组进行常规运动训练+人工牵伸,研究时长为8周。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

Experimental group included regular exercise training + spinal traction bed treatment, while the control group included regular exercise training + stretching , and the study lasted for 8 weeks, 3 times per week, 1 hour per time. 

纳入标准:

(1)符合本病的诊断标准; (2)年龄18-20岁,不限性别; (3)X光筛查Cobb角度在25°以内(包括25°); (4)签署知情同意书,自愿参加本试验并有能力进行运动训练; 符合上述各项者方可纳入。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Eligibility of the diagnostic criteria of this disease; (2) aged 18-20 years; (3) X-ray screening Cobb Angle within 25 degree (including 25 degree); (4) sign informed consent, participate in the test voluntarily and have the ability to conduct sports training.

排除标准:

(1)先天性、神经肌肉型、神经纤维瘤、间质病变以及后天获得性脊柱侧弯; (2)严重的骨质疏松症患者及其它不适合手法治疗的疾病; (3)疑有或已确诊的腰椎关节、软组织及椎管内肿瘤者; (4)手法部位有严重皮肤损伤或皮肤病者; (5)不能按规定时间坚持接受治疗、治疗不配合者; (6)参加学校运动队,运动量远远高于其他人员者; (7)正在参与影响本研究结果评价的其它临床试验者。 符合以上任何一项者即予排除。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) Congenital, neuromuscular, neurofibroma, stromal lesions and acquired scoliosis; (2) patients with severe osteoporosis and other diseases not suitable for manipulation; (3) suspected or diagnosed lumbar joint, soft tissue and intraspinal tumors; (4) severe skin injury or skin disease at the manipulation site; (5) unable to insist on receiving treatment according to the prescribed time, or not cooperating with the treatment; (6) participate in the school sports team, the amount of exercise is much higher than other personnel; (7) other clinical trials that are participating in the evaluation of the results of this study.
