探索基于最佳证据的胰岛素注射部位及轮换方案对于糖尿病共同照护门诊患者中的应用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective to explore the application effect of insulin injection site and rotation scheme based on the best evidence for diabetic patients in common care clinic.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 入选研究之前被诊断为2型糖尿病患者；
② 使用胰岛素治疗大于1年患者，且随访期间继续使用胰岛素治疗患者；
③ 注射方式为胰岛素笔试注射患者；
④ 自行胰岛素注射患者；
⑤ 知情同意的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Before the study, they were diagnosed as type 2 diabetes mellitus;
2. patients who had been treated with insulin for more than one year and continued to use insulin treatment during the follow-up period;
3. patients who used insulin pen;
4. patients who inject themself;
5. patients with informed consent.

排除标准：

① 无中文理解能力的患者和/或有认知障碍患者；
② 生活不能自理者；
③ 有怀孕计划或妊娠患者；
④ 除糖尿病外存在脂肪代谢障碍者（如某些抗病毒药物）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients without Chinese understanding ability and / or cognitive impairment;
2. unable to take care of themselves;
3. patients with pregnancy plan or pregnancy;
4. patients with fat metabolism disorders except diabetes mellitus (such as some antiviral drugs).
