探究肺腺癌患者血清外泌体中差异表达的miRNA  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the differentially expressed mirnas in serum exosomes of patients with lung adenocarcinoma

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1)行胸部CT检查符合存在肺结节的患者；
2)行手术治疗，取得病理为肺腺癌的患者；
3）行手术治疗，病理为良性病变的患者；
4)既往未接受过放化疗、手术及靶向治疗的初诊患者；

Inclusion criteria

1) Chest CT examination was performed for patients with pulmonary nodules;
2) Surgical treatment was performed in patients whose pathology result is lung adenocarcinoma;
3) Surgical treatment was performed in patients with benign pathology;
4）The newly diagnosed patients who have not received radiotherapy, chemotherapy, surgery or targeted therapy before

排除标准：

1)原发肿瘤为肺外肿瘤的患者；
2)曾患肺癌已行治疗患者；
3)拒绝进行手术治疗无病理的患者；
4)年龄较大或无法耐受手术者；

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients whose primary tumor is extrapulmonary tumor;
2) Patients who have been treated for lung cancer;
3) Refusal of surgical treatment for patients without pathology;
4) Older patients or those who cannot tolerate surgery;
