研究目的：

本研究通过无创的检测手段，对急性胸痛患者中用冠脉CTA结合血清蛋白诊断策略，探索诊断结果是否有助于胸痛患者的分诊、或降低预后风险及成本。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we used coronary CTA combined with serum protein diagnosis strategy in patients with acute chest pain to explore whether the diagnosis results can help triage of patients with chest pain, or reduce the risk and cost of prognosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥18岁，≤75岁；（2）患者以胸痛为主要症状; （3）患者就诊时为首次医疗接触,发病时间小于3 h；（4）患者一般状态良好，能够接受行CTA 检查;（5）可合并冠心病危险因素，如高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症以及吸烟等。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age ≥ 18 years old and ≤ 75 years old; (2) chest pain is the main symptom of the patient; (3) the patient is the first medical contact, and the onset time is less than 3 hours; (4) the patient is in good condition and can accept CTA examination; (5) coronary heart disease risk factors can be combined, such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia and smoking.

排除标准：

（1）入院检查心电图明显异常的患者；（2）入院检查心肌肌钙蛋白升高的患者; （3）需行急诊冠脉支架植入术者; （4）治疗期间合并严重肾功能不全、贫血、甲状腺疾病及急慢性感染性疾病者；（5）肿瘤疾病患者；（6）有明确外伤史患者；（7）对造影剂过敏患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) The patients with abnormal ECG in admission examination; (2) patients with elevated cardiac troponin in admission; (3) patients requiring emergency coronary stent implantation; (4) Patients with severe renal insufficiency, anemia, thyroid disease and acute and chronic infectious diseases during the treatment period; (5) patients with tumor diseases; (6) patients with a clear history of trauma; (7) patients with allergy to contrast media.

本研究是以患者30天内是否发生主要心血管不良事件作为判断有无患病的标准。

In this study, weather major adverse cardiovascular events occurred within 30 days was used as the criterion to judge whether there was a disease.
