研究目的：

明确微创微波消融技术联合骨水泥成形术以及单纯骨水泥成形术对肺癌脊柱骨转移患者疼痛缓解、肿瘤复发率、患椎骨折率及并发症等的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To determine the effect of minimally invasive microwave ablation combined with bone cement plastic surgery and simple bone cement plastic surgery on pain relief, tumor recurrence rate, vertebral fracture rate and complications in patients with spinal metastasis of lung cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄18-80岁；
2. 经术前影像学及术中冰冻病理确诊的单发椎体肺癌骨转移；
3. 术前患椎VAS评分≥4分。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18-80 years;
2. Bone metastasis of single vertebral lung cancer confirmed by preoperative imaging and intraoperative frozen pathology;
3. Preoperative VAS score of the affected vertebra >= 4.

排除标准：

1. 周围的皮肤病或皮肤感染，有局部穿刺治疗禁忌症；
2. 入组前2周内接受口服/局部外用阿片类药物治疗、NASID类药物或中成药物口服/局部治疗；
3. 入组前接受过患椎局部放射治疗的患者；
4. 患椎粉碎性骨折，或骨折块突入椎管，或合并神经压迫症状，或肿瘤广泛侵袭周围软组织（如神经根、脊髓），无法行骨水泥成形术及需开放手术处理；
5. 神志不清晰，或文化程度低，无法正确评估临床表现；
6. 严重心脏疾病、肾衰竭、肝衰竭、凝血障碍及其他严重的系统疾病，无法耐受手术；
7. 对骨水泥有超敏反应史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Skin disease or skin infection around, local puncture treatment contraindications;
2. Received oral / topical opioid treatment, nasid drugs or traditional Chinese medicine oral / topical treatment within 2 weeks before enrollment;
3. Patients who had received local radiotherapy before admission;
4. The patients with comminuted fracture of vertebrae, or the fracture block protruding into the spinal canal, or with symptoms of nerve compression, or the tumor widely invading the surrounding soft tissue (such as nerve root and spinal cord), can not be treated with bone cement plastic surgery and need open surgery;
5. Unclear mind or low education, unable to correctly evaluate clinical performance;
6. Severe heart disease, renal failure, liver failure, coagulation disorder and other serious systemic diseases, unable to tolerate surgery;
7. Hypersensitive reaction history to bone cemen.

将本中心符合条件的入组患者按入组时间先后进行排序，按随机数字法将所有入组患者随机分为微创微波消融技术联合骨水泥成形术组及单纯骨水泥成形术组。随机数字由统计学专家产生和保存。

According to the time sequence, all the eligible patients were randomly divided into two groups: minimally invasive microwave ablation combined with bone cement forming group and simple bone cement forming group. Random numbers are generated and stored by statistical experts.
