评价慢性肾脏病进展的危险因素和治疗对预后的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the risk factors for progression of chronic kidney disease and the effect of treatment on prognosis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1. 年龄≥18岁，性别不限;
2. 慢性肾病患者的CKD 1-5期
3. 非透析，非移植患者
4. 签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Age ≥18 years, gender not limited;
2. Ckd1-5 in patients with chronic kidney disease
3. Non-dialysis, non-kidney transplantation
4. Signed the informed consent

排除标准：

1. 无法提供知情同意；
2. 无法或不愿完成研究所需要的流程；
3. 正在参与干预性临床试验；
4. 妊娠期或哺乳期妇女；
5. 肝硬化；
6. HIV感染或艾滋病；
7. 既往2年内因恶性肿瘤接受化疗或烷化剂治疗；
8. 既往接受超过1个月的透析治疗，和/或器官或骨髓移植；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Unable to provide informed consent;
2. Unable or unwilling to complete the process required for the research;
3. Participating in an interventional clinical trial;
4. Pregnant or lactating women;
5. Cirrhosis of the liver.
6. HIV infection or AIDS;
7. Received chemotherapy or alkylation agent for a malignant tumor in the past 2 years;
8. Previous dialysis and/or organ or bone marrow transplantation for more than 1 month;
