研究目的：

探讨重复经颅磁刺激作用于吞咽大脑皮层对脑卒中后吞咽障碍的疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation on swallowing cerebral cortex on poststroke dysphagia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄18-80岁；②病程≤6个月，认知功能正常，吞咽造影视频透视检查提示存在卒中后吞咽障碍, 生命体征平稳；③经患者或家属同意接受此项研究，研究前签订知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Age 18-80 years old; ② Course of disease ≤ 6 months, normal cognitive function, dysphagia was caused by
stroke, confirmed by a videofluoroscopic swallowing study, vital signs are stable; ③ With the consent of the patient or family to accept this study, sign an informed consent before the study .

排除标准：

①生命体征不平稳；②癫痫病史；③既往鼻咽癌放疗、头颈癌及口腔癌术后或其他头颈部结构性病变；④颅内有金属装置；⑤既往有脑出血、蛛网膜下腔出血、脑肿瘤、脑外伤及其他神经精神系统病史；⑥失语；⑦既往有存在吞咽困难等情况。面神经麻痹病史。

Exclusion criteria：

①Vital signs are unstable; ②Historical history of epilepsy; ③Previous postoperative radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, head and neck cancer and oral cancer or other structural changes of head and neck; ④Metal device in the skull; ⑤Previous cerebral hemorrhage and subarachnoid space History of hemorrhage, brain tumor, brain trauma and other neuropsychiatric system; ⑥ aphasia; ⑦ previous dysphagia. A history of facial nerve paralysis.
