研究目的:

1)利用人工智能技术,针对颅内动脉瘤的诊断和介入治疗,建立一种合适的软件模型,从而开发便捷易用的医学影像智能辅助诊断系统,提升动脉瘤临床诊疗准确性和效率。 2)利用上述影像辅助诊断系统,指导动脉瘤介入治疗过程中微导管塑形环节。根据患者造影相关数据,通过3D打印技术,生成1:1的3D血管硅胶模型,通过体外试验的方法,验证该模型的安全性与有效性,并优化这一算法模型。  

Objectives of Study:

1)establish an appropriate software model for the diagnosis and interventional treatment of intracranial aneurysms by using artificial intelligence technologyIn order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of clinical diagnosis and treatment of aneurysms, a convenient and easy-to-use medical imaging intelligent auxiliary diagnostic system is developed. 2)The imaging system was used to guide the microcatheter shaping process in interventional therapy of aneurysms.According to the relevant data of patient angiography, 1:1 3D silicone vascular model was generated through 3D printing technology. The safety and effectiveness of the model were verified through in vitro experiments, and the algorithm model was optimized.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1)年龄18-70岁之间;
2)动脉瘤瘤体≥3mm且≤10mm;
3)动脉瘤部位位于微导管可到达的距离;
4)载瘤动脉管径符合微导管可以行进的直径;
5)动脉瘤形态为囊状动脉瘤;
6)经复合化治疗决策小组判定患者接受血管内介入治疗;
7)患者本人及家属理解,并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) between the ages of 18 and 70;
2) aneurysm body ≥3mm and ≤10mm;
3) the aneurysm is located at a distance accessible to the microcatheter;
4) the diameter of the parent artery is in line with the diameter that the microcatheter can travel;
5) the aneurysm is a cystic aneurysm;
6) the patients were determined by the compound treatment decision group to receive endovascular intervention
7) the patient and his/her family understand and sign the informed consent

排除标准:

1)年龄<18岁和>70岁的患者;
2)动脉瘤瘤体≤3mm或≥10mm;
3)动脉瘤部位较深,现有的血管通路器材难以到达;
4)载瘤动脉管径纤细,现有的血管通路器材难以在其中安全走行;
5)动脉瘤形态为梭形动脉瘤、夹层动脉瘤或复杂动脉瘤;
6)合并有严重疾病或其他疾病(如全身感染、肿瘤等)预期寿命不足2年;
7)妊娠期妇女、无法接受双联抗血小板聚集治疗的患者;
8)破裂动脉瘤;
9)同期参与其他临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria:

1) patients<18 years old and >70 years old
2) aneurysm body ≤3mm or ≥10mm;
3) the aneurysm is too deep to be reached by the existing vascular access devices;
4) the diameter of the parent artery is slim, so it is difficult for the existing vascular access devices to walk safely in it;
5) aneurysms were fusiform, dissecting or complicated;
6) the life expectancy of patients with severe diseases or other diseases (such as systemic infection, tumor, etc.) is less than 2 years;
7) pregnant women who cannot receive dual antiplatelet aggregation therapy
8) ruptured aneurysm
9) patients who participated in other clinical trials at the same time
