研究目的：

椎管内麻醉是目前分娩镇痛的主要麻醉方法,体位摆放是椎管内麻醉准备的重要方面。相较于择期手术的病人，进行分娩镇痛的产妇受宫缩痛的困扰，大部分很难跟医护人员有效的交流，增大的腹围、笨重的身体等使体位摆放困难增加，麻醉准备往往需要更长的时间。而相比择期手术的病人，缩短正经历阵痛产妇的麻醉准备时间，更有意义。 之前有研究证实体位图片解释法与口头解释法相比能有效提高择期手术硬膜外麻醉患者体位配合程度，缩短麻醉准备所需时间。因此，设计了以下随机对照试验，探讨不同的宣教手段，宣教时机对分娩镇痛产妇麻醉准备时间的影响  

Objectives of Study：

Spinal anesthesia is the main anesthetic method for labor analgesia. Position placement is an important aspect of spinal anesthesia preparation. Compared with patients undergoing elective surgery, women who have had labor analgesia suffer from uterine contraction pain, and most of them are difficult to communicate effectively with medical staff. Increased abdominal circumference, bulky body, etc. make it difficult to position the body, anesthesia Preparation often takes longer. Compared with patients undergoing elective surgery, it is more meaningful to shorten the anesthesia preparation time for a woman who is experiencing pain.Previous studies have confirmed that positional picture interpretation can effectively improve the degree of position coordination in patients undergoing elective epidural anesthesia compared with oral interpretation, and shorten the time required for anesthesia preparation. Therefore, the following randomized controlled trials were designed to explore the effects of different means of teaching and the timing of teaching on the anesthesia preparation time of labor analgesia

纳入标准：

待产室内愿意行分娩镇痛的单胎足月妊娠的初产妇，ASAⅡ级

Inclusion criteria

A primipara of a single-term full-term pregnancy who is willing to give birth and analgesia, ASA II

排除标准：

椎管内麻醉禁忌；存在沟通障碍的不能配合本研究方案的患者；存在肢体活动障碍需要辅助摆体位的如耻骨联合分离等；之前对椎管内麻醉有深入接触的如有过椎管内麻醉手术史或医务工作者等。剔除标准：因各种原因最终未进行无痛分娩的；难以自主摆体位因宫缩痛太频繁无法配合，完全靠他人协助的产妇。

Exclusion criteria：

contraindications for spinal anesthesia; patients with communication impairments who could not cooperate with the study protocol; presence of physical activity disorders requiring auxiliary placement of the pubic symphysis, etc.; previous vertebral anesthesia with deep contact History of anesthesia surgery or medical workers. Elimination criteria: for various reasons, there is no painless delivery at the end; it is difficult to make a spontaneous position because the uterine contraction pain is too frequent to cooperate, and the mother is assisted by others.

由负责研究的麻醉护士对产妇进行分组，纳入进入产程符合分娩镇痛条件的产妇90人，随机抽取含有口头，图片，视频字样的信封分为口头解释组，图片解释组，视频解释组，宫缩痛间歇时进行体位宣教，宣教结束后即开始麻醉体位准备，为即时宣教组。 纳入未进入产程有分娩镇痛意愿的产妇60人，随机抽取含有图片，视频字样的信封分为图片解释组，视频解释组即时进行体位宣教后，等待符合分娩镇痛条件时再进行操作，为提前宣教组
