研究目的：

选定BMI>25Kg/ｍ２肠镜检查患者为研究对象，随机分为乳果糖口服液+2L PEG组和3L PEG组，分别对应实验组和对照组。两组进镜时间、达盲率、肠道清洁度、息肉检出率、患者口服泻剂满意度评分等指标；比较两种两种肠道准备方法的优缺点。  

Objectives of Study：

BMI>25 Kg/m2 of enteroscopy patients were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups L PEG lactulose oral liquid and three groups, corresponding to the experimental group and the control group, respectively. The two groups were divided into two groups: entry time, blindness rate, intestinal cleanliness, polyp detection rate, patients' oral laxative satisfaction score and so on.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本文选定BMI>25Kg/ｍ２肠镜检查患者为研究对象，随机分为乳果糖口服液+2L PEG组和3L PEG组，分别对应实验组和对照组，实验组在检查前1天口服乳果糖30ml 2次/天，两组在检查前6小时序贯口服聚乙二醇电解质散（68.56g/包，按1000ml/包兑成导泻液体口服）；待大便解出清亮液体后再口服二甲硅油散（自贡鸿鹤制药有限责任公司，2.5g/瓶×2瓶） 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The patients BMI>25 Kg/m2 colonoscopy were randomly divided into 2 groups and 3 L PEG groups, corresponding to the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group took lactulose 30 times a day before the examination, the two groups took polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder 6 hours before the examination (68.56 g/ package ,1000 ml/ package to form cathartic liquid oral).5 g/ bottles ×2 bottles) 

纳入标准：

（1）BMI>25Kg/ｍ２肠镜检查患者
（2）患者同意入组。

Inclusion criteria

1. BMI>25 Kg/m2;
2. Patients scheduled for colonoscopy;
3. Patients willing to paticipant in this trial and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）已经明确结直肠癌；（2）妊娠妇女；（3）合并心肺功能不全、其他系统疾病患者不能耐受肠镜检查；（4）精神病不能配合检查。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) have identified colorectal cancer;
(2) pregnant women;
(3) patients with cardiopulmonary insufficiency, other systemic diseases can not tolerate colonoscopy;
(4) psychosis can not cooperate with the examination.
