研究目的:

本项目拟以颈椎手术患者为研究对象,通过自主设计的颈前超声耦合垫提升颈部扫描视野,改善扫描条件,并首次引入经颏平行躯干参考线,超声量化整体观察气道前组织结构随体位变化时其相对窥喉视线空间位移情况。通过正常气道组和困难气道组患者颈部不同体位时气道前组织结构空间位置量化参数,评价超声检查气道前组织结构空间位移程度与困难气道的关联,从而建立并优化困难气道多因素预测模型,最终构建并验证包含超声影像指标和颈部体表标志指标的困难气道综合评估模型,并由此初步建立超声评估气道的操作规范,进一步推广应用。  

Objectives of Study:

This project intends to take patients undergoing cervical spine surgery as the research object. The self-designed anterior cervical ultrasonic coupling pad is used to improve the scanning field of the neck and improve the scanning conditions. Moreover, the reference line of parallel trunk through the chin is introduced for the first time to observe the relative visual space displacement of the laryngeal gaze when the anterior airway tissue structure changes with the position of the body.Through normal airway groups and difficult airway in patients with cervical different position before the airway structure space quantization parameters, evaluation of ultrasonic examination before the airway structure associated with difficult airway space displacement degree, so as to establish and optimize the difficult airway multi-factor forecasting model, the final build and verify contain ultrasonic image index and neck surface sign index of difficult airway comprehensive evaluation model, and thus establish a ultrasonic evaluation of airway operation specification, further popularization and application.

纳入标准:

ASA I~III级,年龄18~70岁,拟行气管插管全麻下择期颈椎手术的患者。

Inclusion criteria

ASA I - III patients aged 18-70 years who are scheduled for elective cervical spine surgery under endotracheal intubation under general anesthesia.

排除标准:

颈椎不稳定、颈椎肿瘤、甲状腺肿大等患者;预计可能困难通气患者;不能合作患者;患者拒绝参加等

Exclusion criteria:

Patients with cervical instability, cervical cancer, goiter;patients expected to have difficulty ventilating; patients whor are unable to cooperate with patients and patient who refuse to participate, etc
