研究目的：

大的颌骨囊肿刮除术后填塞人工骨容易引起感染，而感染的控制对于颌面外科医生来说是一个亟待解决的问题。本实验的目的是评估高压氧治疗作为一种辅助治疗在打的颌骨囊肿的治疗流程中的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

The infection control of large bone defect filled with the bone substitute after the cystectomy is still an urgent issue for oral and maxillofacial surgeons. The aim of the study is to evaluate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy as an auxiliary treatment in the treatment procedure of large jaw cysts.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）经临床检查及CT等辅助检查明确诊断为颌骨囊肿且长径大于2厘米；
（2）符合手术适应证且自主选择手术治疗方案；
（3）无手术禁忌证；
（4）知情同意参加本课题研究方案。

Inclusion criteria

1) longest cystic diameter is greater than 2cm on CT images;
2) they accord with the indications of operation, and choose the surgical treatment plan independently;
3) they do not have contraindications of operation
4) they inform and agree to participate in the project

排除标准：

（3）不能完成至少6个月的随访期；
（5）未成年人，孕妇，以及残障人士。

Exclusion criteria：

The patients were excluded from this study if
1) they could not complete a at least 6-month follow-up;
2) minors, pregnant women and mental disorders.
