研究目的：

1、完成2型糖尿病患者的心理健康状况的流行病学调查； 2、论证优化八段锦功法对2型糖尿病患者糖代谢及心理健康的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Completed the epidemiological survey of mental health status of patients with type 2 diabetes; 2. To demonstrate the effects of the upgrade Baduanjin on glucose metabolism and mental health in patients with type 2 diabetes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 符合2型糖尿病的诊断标准；
2. 患者病情稳定，无危及生命的病症，能够配合糖尿病的诊疗过程。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes;
2. The patient's condition is stable, without life-threatening disease, and patients can cooperate with the diagnosis and treatment process of diabetes.

排除标准：

1. 妊娠及哺乳期女性；
2. 其他类型糖尿病；
3. 因精神疾病或身体残疾而无法完成优化八段锦功法习练者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant and lactating women;
2. other types of diabetes;
3. Those who are unable to complete upgrade buduanjin because of mental illness or physical disability.
