研究目的：

通过回顾性分析肺癌患者18F-FDG PET/CT扫描数据的纹理及代谢定量参数及其基因突变检测结果，通过影像采集 、感兴趣区分割、特征提取与筛选、建立机器学习分类器模型等步骤，建立PET/CT影像组学预测基因组学突变模型，为肺癌患者FDG PET/CT扫描后实现肺癌个性化治疗提供定量依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Through retrospective analysis of the texture and metabolic quantitative parameters of 18F-FDG PET/CT scan data and the gene mutation detection results of lung cancer patients, with image acquisition, region of interest segmentation, feature extraction and screening, establishment of machine learning classifier model and other steps, the model for predicting genomic mutations by PET / CT imaging will be established to provide quantitative basis for individualized treatment of lung cancer after FDG PET / CT scanning.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 首次行FDG PET/CT检查，未经任何抗肿瘤治疗（如放疗、化疗及靶向治疗等）；
2) 临床资料完整，包括姓名、性别、病史、实验室检查、TNM分期。
3）组织学或细胞学确诊为原发性非小细胞肺癌；
4）PET/CT检查后1月内，手术切除标本或组织活检样本行基因检测，并有完整基因检测报告；
5）无伴发其他恶性肿瘤。

Inclusion criteria

1. First 18F-FDG PET/CT examination, without any anti-tumor treatment;
2. Complete clinical data, including name, gender, medical history, laboratory examination and TNM staging;
3. Histological or cytological diagnosis of primary non-small cell lung cancer;
4. Within 1 month after PET/CT examination, surgical specimens or tissue biopsy samples for gene testing and complete gene test report;
5. Without other malignant tumors.

排除标准：

1）图像有伪影；PET/CT图像采集未按照规范流程；图像质量欠佳；
2）肿瘤边缘难以勾画;
3）临床资料不完整。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Image artifact; PET/CT image acquisition did not follow standard procedures; Poor image quality;
2. Tumor margins are difficult to delineate;
3. Incomplete clinical data.

Index test:

Through image acquisition, region of interest segmentation, feature extraction and screening, establishment of machine learning classifier model and other steps, the model for predicting genomic mutations by PET / CT imaging will be established.

经病理证实为非小细胞肺癌患者。
