研究目的：

生长分化因子15 (GDF15) 是TGF-β家族的成员。血浆GDF15水平升高与许多疾病有关，如炎症、癌症、心血管疾病和肥胖。研究发现，GDF15在在炎症应激过程中似乎发挥着保护作用。但在急性胰腺炎中，尚无研究探讨它的特点及作用。我们在以前的研究中分析了许多细胞因子,初步发现循环GDF15水平的显著升高与急性胰腺炎严重程度相关。本研究将深入探讨GDF15在早期预测急性胰腺炎预后中的价值。  

Objectives of Study：

Growth differentiation factor 15 (GDF15) is a member of the TGF - beta family. The plasma GDF15 levels are associated with many diseases, such as inflammation, cancer, cardiovascular disease and obesity, studies showed that GDF15 played a protective role in the process of inflammatory stress but in acute pancreatitis, there was no research to explore its characteristics and functions. In our previous studies, many cytokines were analyzed and we found that the circulating GDF15 was associated with the severity of acute pancreatitis. This study will explore the value of GDF15 in predicting the prognosis of acute pancreatitis.

纳入标准：

① 年龄 l8～70岁；
② 满足AP的诊断标准；
③ 发病36h之内入院。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18-70 years;
2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for AP;
3. Onset to admission within 36 hours.

排除标准：

① 孕妇或哺乳期妇女；
② 有任何肿瘤疾病史的患者；
③ 处于任何疾病的晚期或终末期患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant or nursing women;
2. Patients with any history of tumor disease;
3. Patients with advanced or terminal stages of any disease.
