研究目的：

本研究通过对ASD病患儿和年龄相对应正常儿童进行磁共振常规序列、3D T1 、DKI等序列扫描，通过3D T1序列可以获得检查儿童脑灰白质宏观方面是否异常，再通过DKI序列可以获得儿童脑灰白质微观方面是否异常，对比两组儿童脑部各个区域脑灰白质是否一致，如有不同，找出其差异，为临床医师对ASD患儿早期诊断和治疗提供一个新的可能方向。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, conventional MRI sequences, 3D T1 and DKI sequences are performed in children with ASD and age-matched normal children T1 sequence can be used to check whether the children's gray matter is abnormal in macro aspect, and then DKI sequence can be used to determine whether the micro abnormal gray matter of children's brain is abnormal. Compare whether the gray matter of each region of children's brain is consistent between the two groups. If there are differences, find out the differences, which provides a new possible direction for clinical doctors to early diagnosis and treatment of ASD children.

纳入标准：

对照组：2-6岁正常儿童（该组患儿为临床怀疑颅脑病变进行磁共振检查，磁共振检查结果均为正常的儿童）
研究组：2-6岁ASD儿童（该组患儿为临床医师确诊为ASD患儿）

Inclusion criteria

1. Control group: 2-6 years old normal children (this group of children were clinically suspected of brain disease, magnetic resonance examination results were normal children);
2. Study group: 2-6 years old children with ASD (this group of children were diagnosed as ASD by clinicians).

排除标准：

颅脑MRI检查结果诊断为除ASD疾病之外其它疾病的患儿

Exclusion criteria：

Children with other diseases except ASD were diagnosed by MRI
