比较非骨水泥型全髋关节置换术前三维计划与常规模板计划。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the accuracy of three-dimensional computerised planning and conventional templating in cementless total hip arthroplasty.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 大于18岁患者。
2. 初次髋关节置换患者。
3. 采用非骨水泥假体。
4. 术前诊断为股骨头缺血性坏死，髋关节骨性关节炎，股骨颈骨折。

Inclusion criteria

1. Being older than 18 years
2. Patients undergoing primary total hip arthroplasty.
3. Use of cementless total hip components.
4. Preoperative diagnosis of avascular necrosis (AVN) of the femoral head,hip osteoarthritis,femoral neck fractures.

排除标准：

1. 既往有髋部创伤，感染，肿瘤病史。
2. 先天性髋关节发育不良。
3. 既往有骨盆和/或股骨截骨。
4. 儿童股骨头缺血性坏死。
5. 翻修手术。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a history of trauma, infection, tumor.
2. Evelopmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH).
3. Previous pelvic and/or femoral osteotomy.
4. Legg–Calvé–Perthes disease.
5. Revision surgery.
