研究目的：

构建采用联合应用保护核心体温、术前血液等容稀释（或/和自体 血液回收）、止血药物、控制性降压、铁剂药物等几种血液保护方法的血液保 护管理干预策略，实施并评价该血液管理干预策略在初次单侧全髋关节置换围 手术期的安全性及有效性，为制定初次单侧全髋关节置换术患者血液管理方案 提供依据  

Objectives of Study：

Construct a blood protection management intervention strategy that uses several blood protection methods such as core temperature protection, pre-operative blood isovolumetric dilution (or / and autologous blood recovery), hemostatic drugs, controlled hypotension, and iron drugs, etc. The safety and effectiveness of this blood management intervention strategy during the perioperative period of the first unilateral total hip replacement

纳入标准：

初次单侧人工全髋关节置换术的患者

Inclusion criteria

Patients with first unilateral total hip arthroplasty

排除标准：

一期双侧髋关节置换，翻修手术，凝血功能异常，血液类
疾病，恶性肿瘤，严重心肺疾患，重度肝肾功能异常，既往有血栓栓塞史，术
前血红蛋白低于 90g/L，术前七天内使用抗凝药物。

Exclusion criteria：

One-stage bilateral hip replacement, revision surgery, coagulopathy, blood diseases, malignant tumors, severe cardiopulmonary disorders, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, previous history of thromboembolism, hemoglobin below 90 g / L before surgery, seven days before surgery Use of anticoagulant drugs.
