研究目的：

评价ERAS对比传统围手术期护理，在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中应用的安全性和有效性  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of ERAS VS. traditional perioperative care in laparoscopic cholecystectomy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①诊断为慢性胆囊炎，拟择期行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者；②年龄18-75岁，性别不限；③ ASA评分1-2分；④无腹部手术史⑤无严重肝肾疾病；⑥患者知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

① Patients diagnosed as chronic cholecystitis and scheduled for laparoscopic cholecystectomy; ② age 18-75 years old, regardless of gender; ③ ASA score 1-2; ④ no history of abdominal surgery; ⑤ no serious liver and kidney disease; 6) informed consent of patients.

排除标准：

①年龄<18岁或>75岁；②既往有上腹部手术史，影响病情恢复；③需要联合脏器切除；④严重的精神疾病；糖尿病，血糖控制不佳者；严重肺气肿、间质性肺炎或缺血性心脏病等不能耐受手术者；⑤妊娠或哺乳期；⑥患者或家属无法理解本研究的条件和目的；

Exclusion criteria：

① Age < 18 years old or > 75 years old; 2) previous upper abdominal surgery, affecting the recovery of the disease; 3) requiring joint organ resection; 4) severe mental illness; diabetes mellitus, poor blood glucose control; severe emphysema, interstitial pneumonia or ischemic heart disease and other patients who can not tolerate surgery; 5) pregnancy or lactation; ⑥ Patients or family members could not understand the conditions and purpose of the study;

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

所有临床资料将会录入至具体的CRF表格和电子采集和管理系统（中山大学附属第七医院临床数据库管理系统），由陈鑫、李世增统一录入和分析，数据库由李明哲、李一清共同管理
