研究目的：

1. 了解区域内居民活动情况，探索对居民体力活动的影响因素，为今后促进居民健康活动提供数据支持; 2. 探索不同诊断标准对慢性躯体性疾病管理的指导意义。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To observe the current situation of residents' physical activities in the western region, explore the factors that affect physical activities, and provide data support for future health promotion activities of residents. 2. To explore the guiding value of different diagnostic criteria for chronic somatic disease management.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1） 在研究片区每年居住时间大于5个月；
（2） 近期参与社区健康体检的居民；
（3） 理解并签署知情同意、 自愿参加且能配合完成问卷调查者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Residents who have been living in the study area for more than 5 months;
(2) Residents who have recently participated in community health check-ups;
(3) Residents who can understand and sign the informed consent form, and complete the questionnaire voluntarily.

排除标准：

（1） 有认知障碍或精神疾病， 神志不清， 不能运动；
（2） 近 30 天内有参加过其他研究项目者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Residents who have cognitive impairment or mental illness, delirium, or cannot move;
(2) Residents who have participated in other research projects in the past 30 days.
