研究目的：

明确 CYP2C19 基因多态性是否影响血小板ADP 受体拮抗剂在冠心病二级预防中的疗效；针对CYP2C19 基因的精准治疗是否优于常规治疗  

Objectives of Study：

To determine whether the CYP2C19 gene polymorphism affects the efficacy of platelet ADP receptor antagonists in the secondary prevention of coronary heart disease and whether precise treatment for the CYP2C19 gene is superior to conventional treatment

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 书面知情同意书（得到研究机构独立伦理委员会的书面批准，并在进行研究特定的任何操作之前签署）
2. 年龄≥18 岁
3. 能够依从试验方案
4. 我院门诊及住院经临床表现+影像学检查（冠状动脉CT 造影或冠脉造影）确诊为冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者
5. 预期寿命≥12 月

Inclusion criteria

1. Sign informed consent (obtained in writing from the independent ethics committee of the research institution and signed before any operations specific to the study);
2. Aged >=18 years;
3. Ability to follow the test plan;
4. Diagnosed as coronary atherosclerotic heart disease by clinical manifestation and imaging examination (coronary CT angiography or coronary angiography);
5. Life expectancy >=12 months.

排除标准：

1. 对替格瑞洛或氯吡格雷过敏
2. 血液系统疾病或凝血功能障碍
3. 有出血倾向，如既往有脑出血、蛛网膜下腔出血或大面积脑梗死病史，主动脉夹层，消化性溃疡，3个月内严重创伤或大手术等
4. 严重肝肾功能不全，自身免疫性疾病，支气管哮喘，妊娠哺乳期妇女，精神异常，恶性肿瘤或多脏器功能衰竭
5. 正在使用华法林或血小板糖蛋白Ⅱb／Ⅲa 抑制剂
6. 研究者认为不适合参加本研究

Exclusion criteria：

1. Allergy to ticagrelor or clopidogrel
2. Blood system diseases or coagulation dysfunction
3. Hemorrhagic tendency, such as previous history of cerebral hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage or extensive cerebral infarction, aortic dissection, peptic ulcer, severe trauma or major surgery within 3 months, etc.
4. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction, autoimmune diseases, bronchial asthma, pregnant and lactating women, mental disorders, malignant tumors or multiple organ failure
5. Current warfarin or platelet glycoprotein Ⅱb/Ⅲa inhibitors users
6. Patients whom investigators think are not suitable to participate in this study
